TITLE POLICY, TITLE POLICY CORRECTIONS & RECORDED MORTGAGE REQUEST
Consumers:
Requests for any closing related documents, including Owners Policies, should be
directed to the settlement/closing agent that handled your transaction. This information can be
located on your Settlement Statement. If the settlement agent is unable to provide a copy of the
Owners Policy, please scan the signed Settlement Statement and send to
fntgpolicyrequestowners@fnf.com.
Lenders:
Requests for Final Title Policies should be directed to the settlement/closing agent
that handled your transaction. This information can be located on your title commitment/prelim.
If the settlement/closing agent is unable to provide, please scan the title commitment/prelim,
settlement statement, recorded mortgage and closing instructions and send to
fntgpolicyrequest@fnf.com.
Requests for Title Policy Corrections should be directed to the settlement/closing agent
that handled your transaction. This information can be located on your title commitment/prelim.
If the settlement/closing agent is unable to provide a Title Policy Correction, please scan the
title policy, recorded mortgage and closing instructions and send to
fntgpolicyrequest@fnf.com.
Requests for Recorded Mortgage should be directed to the settlement/closing agent that
handled your transaction. This information can be located on your title commitment/prelim. If the
settlement/closing agent is unable to provide the Recorded Mortgage, please scan the policy and
un-recorded mortgage and send to fntgpolicyrequest@fnf.com.
